Patty Thomas has 32 years of experience working in the mental health field and she is passionate about her work with children and teenagers. Originally from Long Island New York, Patty traveled to Virginia to attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her master’s degree in Social Work.

 

Patty Thomas enjoys counseling children, adolescents, young adults, and families using a strength based, trauma informed approach. Patty is also passionate and has a wealth of positive experience working with kids and teens who are involved in the foster care system.

When Patty is not in our community making a positive difference in the mental wellbeing of others, she spends her time with her children, husband, friends, and cat.
